Dual entry machine so 2 type bottles can be bagged at the same time (with accumulation)
Includes Dyco Stacking System
Controls- Allen-Bradley Model SLC 5/03 PLC
Condition- Very good- in 2018 Custom Metal Designs in Oakland Flordia performed a partial rebuild of the equipment. Please see below the work that was completed which was approximately $50,000 in upgrades and repairs:
– Installed a refurbished Allen Bradly Model 5/03 PLC with program
– Installed a new stepper motor and encoder on the stacker
– Added live in-feed conveyor on the left-hand in-feed
– Some cylinders were replaced that were leaking air
– Replaced broken Lexan
– Thoroughly cleaned the machine
– Tested the machine with dairy gallon and dairy half gallon containers
